Terms & Conditions — aec65

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any service provided by aec65 at aec65.app (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with aec65 and confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

aec65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aec65 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies which form part of the overall agreement between you and aec65:

• The aec65 Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal data.
• The aec65 Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out tools and obligations relating to safer gambling.
• Any specific terms attached to individual bonuses, promotions, or special offers published on the Platform from time to time.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

To register an account and use the aec65 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. aec65 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 18. This restriction applies regardless of the age of majority in your local jurisdiction if that age differs from 18.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Residency: You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active or previously suspended aec65 account in your name.
• Not self-excluded: You have not previously requested self-exclusion from aec65 or any affiliated platform. Self-excluded individuals are not permitted to re-register during the period of exclusion.

aec65 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and as a precondition to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before your account is fully verified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account restriction.

If aec65 determines, at any stage, that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18: the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used at the time of deposit — subject to verification of ownership. No winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an aec65 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aec65 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. aec65 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used across other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify aec65 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 KYC Verification

aec65 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide identity documents (National Identity Card, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Until KYC verification is completed to aec65's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. aec65 will process all submitted documents as promptly as reasonably possible.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered aec65 account. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details, aec65 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, cancel any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds obtained via the duplicate account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, subject to change at aec65's discretion with reasonable advance notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your aec65 account within 15 minutes of confirmation. aec65 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard mobile financial service charges. aec65 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Card withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. aec65 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds.

4.4 Matching Payment Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. aec65 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not associated with your registered aec65 profile. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the aec65 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). aec65 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs that may arise on your payment provider's side are outside of aec65's control and responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentives offered by aec65 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where specific promotional terms are not stated, these general bonus conditions apply. aec65 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the withdrawal of a promotion does not retrospectively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account and already meeting the stated wagering conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion; bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

Where aec65 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, aec65 reserves the right to: void the bonus and all winnings derived from it; deduct the bonus amount from the player's withdrawable balance; restrict or close the account; and decline future promotional participation for that player.

5.4 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotions are available to registered, verified aec65 account holders who are in good standing. aec65 reserves the right to exclude specific players from individual promotions at its discretion, including where a player has previously been found to have violated these terms or the specific terms of a prior promotion.

By using the aec65 Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another individual, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against genuine aec65 transactions.
• Money laundering: Using the aec65 Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information about game outcomes, manipulate live dealer game results, or systematically exploit any game mechanic in a way that is not consistent with fair individual play.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or fulfil wagering requirements without genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting technical glitches, errors in odds calculations, or malfunctions in game software. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error may be voided by aec65 at its sole discretion.
• Accessing from restricted jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true geographic location in order to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where you are not eligible to do so.
• Harassment of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward aec65 customer support staff or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.

7.1 Suspension by aec65

aec65 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering, or collusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider; or a player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

7.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your aec65 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available balance. aec65 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any funds remaining in a closed account after withdrawal processing will be returned to your last verified payment method within 15 business days.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. aec65 will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, after a further 3-month notice period. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by aec65 or by you — any unused bonus funds, pending bonus wagering requirements, and free spins will be immediately forfeited. Verified cash balances (funds deposited and not subject to active bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

8.1 Platform Availability

aec65 aims to maintain continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform at all times. However, aec65 does not warrant that the Platform will be available 100% of the time and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures (including payment provider downtime or game provider outages), or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures beyond aec65's reasonable control.

8.2 Game Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including a software malfunction, an incorrect payout calculation, or a game result that contradicts the stated rules of that game — aec65 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and refund the stake amount to the player's account. aec65 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a game error, including winnings that a player expected to receive based on an erroneous game state.

8.3 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aec65's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aec65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming contract law. aec65 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.
